What is Cat Pass?

Cat Pass is our monthly membership that grants you the most time in our Cat Lounge with the foster cats and includes loads of valuable purrks.

How Gifting Cat Pass Memberships Works

1.  After checkout, you'll receive a link to download your Cat Pass gift voucher.

2.  You have 2 options for delivering your gift:

          a.  Print and deliver in person.
          Please write in your order number on the gift voucher.

          ...OR

          b. Forward your voucher via email as an attachment.
          For this choice, you'll want to include your order number in the email.

3.  Your gift recipient can activate their membership whenever they want.

Terms & Conditions of Purchase

For minors under the age of 15 years old, admission into the Cat Lounge without a parent or legal guardian is prohibited (no exceptions).
Please take this policy into consideration before making your gift purchase. 

Cat Pass Gift Membership Vouchers:

a. Do not expire.

b. Are not refundable nor are they redeemable for cash or merchandise.

c. Once activated, the member has all of the same privileges as a regular Cat Pass Member including but no limited to the ability to cancel or skip months.

d. Cat Pass Gift Memberships do not auto-renew. At the end of the term of the gift, the membership is cancelled. If the member wishes to continue their membership, they can simply enroll again.
